Fundraiser Baskets:

The Fundraiser Baskets will be offered again this year. Be sure to stop by the Fundraiser Basket table in the Lobby on Thursday, October 15 between 8:00 am and 5:45 pm. The bidding will close at 5:45 pm on Thursday with the winners drawn and announced during the Business Meeting on Friday. Items must be picked up before the end of Convention on Friday. This is a great way to help support the mission of South Dakota Speech-Language-Hearing Association!

***The Fundraiser Basket bidding process: Tickets can be purchased to "bid" on the basket or baskets you are interested in. You will be able to purchase 5 tickets for $10 or 11 tickets for $20. Each basket will be then drawn for at Lunch on Friday. Tickets can be purchased at the Fundraiser table near the Check-in Table on Thursday only to be used for "bidding" on Thursday only. Cash, check, or Venmo will be accepted.

Continuing Education Information:

In order to receive continuing education credit for this course, participants will be required to complete a self-assessment which will include stating three things learned related to learner outcomes and how this information will be applied in the workplace. 

  1. At the conclusion of the convention, a link will become available for you to complete in order to receive a Certificate of Attendance and/or have your participation reported to ASHA. The link will be posted on the main page of the Convention Website.

  2. In the form, you will need to click on the sessions you attended. YOU WILL NEED TO KEEP TRACK of what you attended over the convention so you can complete this accurately. The sessions will be listed by author(s) then title.

  3. PLEASE NOTE: There will NOT be Graduate Credit available this year.

  4. You will have until October 31, 2026 to complete the appropriate form. You will get an acknowledgement via email after submitting the form. If you do NOT get an acknowledgement email, please try again as it was likely not completed.
